The ideal candidate will possess experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, demonstrating a passion for helping individuals on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to patients in a behavioral health setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.

• Transport patients safely to and from appointments, ensuring timely and respectful service.

• Monitor and document patient behavior, progress, and any significant changes in their condition.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the treatment planning process.

• Engage patients in therapeutic activities and support their overall recovery goals.

• Build rapport with patients to foster a supportive and nurturing environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in behavioral health or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or a related area is highly desirable.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
