Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' histories, concerns, and needs, ensuring accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices in individual and group sessions.
- Facilitate crisis intervention sessions for clients experiencing acute emotional disturbances, providing immediate support and safety planning.
- Source and integrate appropriate therapeutic resources, continuously adapting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and session notes, ensuring adherence to all legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health concepts, treatment strategies, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to stay abreast of the latest therapy practices and clinical research.
