Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

- Current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport and establish a therapeutic connection in a virtual environment.
- Empathy and understanding towards clients’ experiences, demonstrating a compassionate approach to therapy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills for effective remote session management and documentation.
