Key Responsibilities\n

- Engage in collaborative staff meetings and supervision sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills and clinical knowledge.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health issues and aid in developing personal treatment plans.
- Offer individual and/or couples therapy, employing tailored therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth and healing.
- Set achievable therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and consistently monitor their progress toward these goals.
- Implement teletherapy solutions to maintain engagement with clients who may prefer virtual sessions, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs.
- Document treatment plans, client progress notes, and additionally necessary paperwork following HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will be working with a diverse client base that includes adults as well as children and adolescents, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, and other psychological disorders. Your expertise in both individual and family therapy will be essential in helping clients navigate their unique experiences and promoting healthy development and interpersonal connections.
Qualifications\n

- Active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with adult individuals, couples, and/or children and adolescents.

Preferred Experience\n
While not mandatory, prior experience in a community health or outpatient mental health setting is highly valued. Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and techniques in providing care, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, will set you apart as an ideal candidate.
Compensation and Benefits\n
