Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active or eligible Massachusetts SLP license
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience in elementary school settings (K-5) preferred
  • Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and IEP documentation
  • Effective communicator with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-5 students on your caseload
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop, update, and implement IEPs in compliance with federal and state guidelines
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings as a valued team member
  • Collaborate daily with teachers, special educators, and family members for holistic student support
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and timely documentation for all students served
