Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Active or eligible Massachusetts SLP license
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in elementary school settings (K-5) preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and IEP documentation
- Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-5 students on your caseload
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop, update, and implement IEPs in compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings as a valued team member
- Collaborate daily with teachers, special educators, and family members for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and timely documentation for all students served
