The Role

- The Project Manager, Advanced Metering Infrastructure will be responsible for managing the timely execution of meter installations, and services to ensure the delivery of the program goals.
- This position will involve daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- A successful candidate will have a proven track record of stakeholder management, strong team collaboration and communication capabilities.

What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, driving efficiency while ensuring timely delivery of inventory and program timelines
- Manage program/product timelines, roadmap, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze productivity performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Support program increment planning efforts across product teams providing clarification and definition of objectives
- Monitor and report monthly/annual workplan forecasting and progress.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve planning processes, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

About You
\n
- \n
- BS/BA degree preferred
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in product/program management or workplan management required
- 2+ years of product or program management in a utility preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience in strategic leadership, IT infrastructure, analytics, and outsourcing management required
- Proven experience articulating complex ideas and influencing in a matrix environment required
- Valid driver’s license required
