Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to address any production issues.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
