Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify conditions, strengths, and needs.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect personalized goals and address specific mental health concerns.
- Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies to foster client growth and resilience.
- Lead group or family therapy sessions to enhance interpersonal relationships and promote community support.
- Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving mental health needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to provide integrated care and referral services.

Qualifications\n

- A valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
