Responsibilities of the Master Scheduler
\n

- Develop, maintain, and optimize master production schedules that align with business goals, customer demands, and resource availability
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to balance priorities and mitigate risks
- Analyze data and forecast production needs
- Drive synchronization of all scheduling activities to support the company’s commitment to quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications of the Master Scheduler
\n
- \n
- 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain planning, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with scheduling software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in APICS CPIM preferred
