Salary: $95,000–$150,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Director of Respiratory Therapy for a permanent leadership opportunity in the Merrimack, New Hampshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Respiratory Therapist ready to lead a respiratory care department while overseeing clinical operations, staff, quality, budgets, and program development.
Responsibilities\n

- Direct all clinical and non-clinical aspects of Respiratory Care Services
- Ensure high-quality patient care and strong departmental performance
- Plan, organize, and evaluate departmental resources
- Oversee respiratory therapy staff, scheduling, supervision, and development
- Manage departmental budgets and resources
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Develop and maintain clinical standards of practice
- Maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, employees, and other departments
- Support program development and organizational initiatives
- Participate in marketing efforts and community service activities
- Maintain current professional and clinical knowledge
- Support the overall mission and goals of the hospital

Qualifications\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s Degree – Required
- New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner License – Required
- 5+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience – Preferred
- Respiratory Therapy leadership, supervisory, management, or director-level experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical, operational, communication, and team leadership skills
