We're Interested in You If You:

- Hold independent licensure in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or are license-eligible in Massachusetts.
- Thrive in an outpatient mental health care setting.
- Excel in working with diverse populations.
- Deliver evidence-based care in alignment with individualized client needs.
- Are enthusiastic about contributing to the ongoing development of a clinical group practice.
- Possess strong oral, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Actively engage in risk management discussions, clinical consultations, and supervision.
- Are comfortable working 40 hours per week, which includes completing 27 billable sessions.
- Demonstrate organizational and time management skills for required professional documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries).
