Work Environment\n
This role is fully remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to serve clients through our telehealth platform. We understand the importance of work-life balance and schedule our therapists to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some adaptability may be required to meet client needs and ensure they receive the support they require.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to facilitate healing and growth.
- Facilitate support groups and educational workshops aimed at enhancing clients' understanding and coping skills related to various mental health issues.
- Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate holistic care strategies for patients.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention services, aiding clients during moments of mental health emergencies.
- Educate clients on their conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster their empowerment and recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation that complies with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing actively to a culture of continuous improvement and support.
- Stay updated with emerging research and therapeutic techniques to provide the best care possible.

Qualifications\n

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic strategies.
- Ability to perform thorough mental health assessments and devise actionable, effective treatment plans.
- Experience delivering both individual and group therapy interventions, particularly to diverse populations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and collaboration with clients and teammates alike.
- Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as various computer applications for documentation and scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
Our compensation package for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
