The position spans from late August 2026 to mid-June 2027, offering the chance to play a pivotal role throughout the entire academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ functional physical development and self-regulation skills to inform intervention strategies and help them flourish within the school environment.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring each student receives the support they require for successful learning and growth.
  • Address and remove environmental barriers to access, providing recommendations that create inclusive, universally accessible educational spaces.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, share professional expertise, and document progress and outcomes according to district guidelines.

Ideal Background:

  • Current New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Licensure is required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in school settings preferred, particularly with elementary-aged students.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills are essential.
