We are not a high-volume dental mill. We focus on IV sedation, complex surgical cases, and longer appointments built for quality care. We are looking for a steady, proactive Dental Assistant who wants to be more than just a suction-and-restock set of hands.
What You’ll Do
- Chairside Care: Deliver smooth four-handed assisting across restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures.
- Sedation & Surgery: Assist with IV sedation, full-arch cases, and implant setups (we will train you if you are new to surgery).
- Patient Comfort: Read the room. Notice anxiety, soothe white-knuckle grips, and guide patients through treatments with calm confidence.
- Sterilization & Operatories: Maintain strict, inspection-ready infection control and rapid room turnovers.
- Digital Tech: Take clear radiographs, run intraoral digital scans, and capture clinical photos.
