We’re seeking a security-first SecOps & Systems Administrator to join our team. This role is primarily focused on security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and security hardening, while also serving as the owner of our DigiCert platform and certificate lifecycle management. Systems administration responsibilities support the infrastructure that enables a secure and resilient environment.

<>Key Responsibilities

• • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents across XDR, MDR, and related security platforms.
  • Manage vulnerability remediation, security hardening, access controls, and Fortinet security policies.
  • Own the DigiCert platform, including certificate issuance, renewals, inventory management, automation, and PKI administration.
  • Maintain TLS/SSL certificate health and ensure zero unplanned outages due to certificate expiration.
  • Support Windows Server, Active Directory, backups, endpoint management, and NinjaOne administration as needed.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation, runbooks, and compliance evidence.

<>Required Qualifications

• • Hands-on experience in Security Operations, incident response, and threat investigation.
  • Experience with XDR/MDR platforms and security monitoring workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of DigiCert, PKI, TLS/SSL, certificate lifecycle management, and certificate authorities.
  • Understanding of networking, firewalls, DNS, and security best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

<>Preferred Qualifications

• • MSP experience supporting multiple client environments.
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, and Fortinet experience.
  • NinjaOne or other RMM platform experience.
  • Enterprise backup administration experience.
  • Security certifications such as Security+, CySA+, GCIH, or Fortinet NSE.
