This role offers the flexibility of a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to conduct sessions using secure video conferencing tools in an environment that works best for you. With a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility to accommodate patient needs may be required. Key Responsibilities\n
The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for:

Qualifications\n
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

- An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
- A deep understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective engagement with clients and their families.
