Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

- Reliable, committed, and flexible in adapting to dynamic classroom situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant training a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instructional and behavioral support to elementary students enrolled in intensive autism programs
- Collaborate closely with special education teachers, therapists, and other staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Foster a safe, positive classroom environment to promote student learning and independence
- Assist with daily activities, transitions, and social skills development
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school protocols and procedures
