Join a highly collaborative Medical-Surgical Telemetry team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 4-week assignment at a Critical Access Hospital. This position provides care to a diverse patient population including medical-surgical, telemetry, orthopedic, urology, ENT, gynecology, general surgery, and progressive care patients. Nurses are expected to function as critical thinkers, team leaders, and patient advocates while providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment supported by 24/7 hospitalist, laboratory, respiratory, and radiology services. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience required
\n Prior travel experience required
\n Charge Nurse experience required
\n Insulin drip management experience required
\n Cardiac drip management experience required
\n Progressive Care experience preferred
\n Epic experience within the past 2 years required
\n Active AHA BLS Certification required
\n Active AHA ACLS Certification required
\n NIHSS Certification required prior to start
\n Strong telemetry interpretation and cardiac monitoring skills required
\n Ability to care for progressive care patients within scope of practice required
\n Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills required
\n Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access
