Our education staffing agency is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in a school-based setting during the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally while working alongside a collaborative team of educators.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to students in classroom, small-group, and one-on-one settings.
- Assist teachers with implementing instructional activities and classroom routines.
- Support students with academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and daily living skills as needed.
- Reinforce classroom expectations and behavior intervention strategies.
- Assist students in maintaining focus, engagement, and participation throughout the school day.
- Support students with special needs and help implement accommodations outlined in IEPs.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and data collection.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and administrators to support student success.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all district, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree, paraprofessional certification, or college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in educational, childcare, behavioral health, or community settings preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain patient, professional, and flexible in a fast-paced school environment.
- Experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges is a plus.

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.86 to $29.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
