Nasa Group is recruiting on behalf of Sulloway & Hollis, PLLC for an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Senior Associate to join its established litigation practice in Concord, NH.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–5+ years of defense-side medical malpractice litigation experience who can manage matters from inception through resolution with full file responsibility.
Responsibilities\n
• Defend medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution.
\n
• Assume full responsibility for assigned files, litigation strategy, and case management.
\n
• Manage discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, expert witnesses, and overall case preparation.
\n
• Work directly with clients, insurers, opposing counsel, experts, and courts.
\n
• Prepare matters for trial and participate in trials as experience permits.
\n
• Manage a substantial caseload within a busy and established medical malpractice defense practice.
Qualifications\n
• 3–5+ years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience required.
\n
• Defense-side experience is required; plaintiff-side experience alone is not a fit.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases from inception through resolution with full file responsibility.
\n
• Trial experience preferred.
\n
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, communication, and client-service skills.

Compensation & Benefits\n
$115,000–$125,000+ base salary plus an associate bonus program, with strong performance bonuses of approximately $10,000+, along with excellent benefits.

The position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office initially, with some flexibility for 3–4 remote days per week thereafter.
