Chemical Compounder
- Location: Dracut, MA
- Pay Rate: $18–$21 per hour (DOE)
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Job Type: Temp to Perm
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Compounder to join our manufacturing team in Dracut, MA. This temp-to-permanent opportunity offers steady first-shift hours and the chance to grow with a reputable organization. The Compounder will be responsible for accurately preparing chemical batches while following all safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders, batch sheets, and formulas accurately
- Weigh and measure chemicals to prepare batches according to specifications
- Operate mixers and related equipment as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and quality procedures
- Work collaboratively with Machine Operators and production staff
- Lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic math skills for measuring and weighing materials
- Must be able to complete respirator training prior to starting
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- No Beards/Facial hair.
