Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a must
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within school settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop tailored treatment interventions and manage a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments, therapy, and support for students from early childhood through adolescence
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, staff, and families
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and in-service trainings
• Serve as a resource for school staff on communication disorders and effective classroom strategies
