Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in a school setting, where you’ll work full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM) throughout the academic year. Two professionals will be placed with middle school students (grades 7/8), while a third opportunity serves intermediate students (grades 5/6), providing direct behavior intervention and skill building.

Key Qualifications:

Experience as an ABA Technician, Behavior Specialist, or ABA Therapist in schools strongly preferred
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis concepts and practices
RBT credential preferred for the intermediate school role; BCBA supervision provided if desired
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one ABA interventions and behavior support for students within dedicated classroom environments
Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral goals
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with guidance from BCBAs or program leaders
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
Collaborate daily with school professionals to promote student success
Utilize evidence-based strategies to support academic and social-emotional growth
