This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your schedule will primarily encompass weekdays, specifically Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering individualized therapy for individuals, couples, and families with an emphasis on achieving tangible goals and facilitating positive behavioral changes.
- Conducting thorough intakes and assessments, allowing for a deep understanding of clients’ emotional and relational challenges.
- Maintaining detailed and compliant clinical documentation in alignment with state regulations, HIPAA standards, and organizational policies, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Participating in regular team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions, providing an environment of shared learning and best practices.
- Engaging in community outreach initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness and decrease stigma surrounding therapy, thereby enhancing access to care.
- Providing crisis intervention and emotional support in urgent situations, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate effective crisis management.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
