Looking to get into the low voltage industry? TEKsystems is hiring Entry-Level Cable Technicians to support commercial construction projects throughout the Newburyport area.
No extensive low voltage experience required. We are looking for reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a long-term career in telecommunications, structured cabling, and technology infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing
- Pulling cable through commercial buildings
- Assisting with the installation of Cat5e and Cat6 cabling
- Learning how to terminate and test network cables
- Working with hand and power tools
- Supporting experienced technicians on job sites
- Maintaining a safe and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
- Construction, electrical, or hands-on work experience preferred
- Ability to work on your feet and lift equipment/materials
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lowell, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
