Sheet Metal Welder - State of the art shop! $27-32+ DOE

Second Shift: 3pm-11pm

Schulte Staffing is seeking skilled Sheet Metal Welder to join our client's manufacturing team on the second shift near Lawrence, MA. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, well-maintained environment where precision and quality are prioritized. The ideal candidate will have experience with TIG/MIG welding and a background in sheet metal fabrication.

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on sheet metal components, ensuring strong, precise welds in accordance with blueprints and schematics
• Read and interpret detailed technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately fabricate parts
• Conduct measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols and shop cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects, troubleshooting issues promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements

Previous experience welding in a precision sheet metal fabrication shop is an absolute MUST!

Positive requires minimum of 2 years of experience.
