Toddler Teacher (EEC Certified)
Location: The Learning Experience – Dedham, MA
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Toddler Teacher – Encourage Independence Through Play
The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role focuses on helping young children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through engaging, play-based learning experiences.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging daily activities using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Guide toddlers through daily routines including meals, outdoor play, and transitions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
- Previous toddler classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
