Watson Assisted Living is looking for a dependable, organized, and team-focused Scheduler / Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced LNA who enjoys both direct resident care and administrative responsibility. The right person for this role understands the floor, communicates well with staff, and can help make sure our residents are supported with consistent, reliable staffing.

Position Summary
The Scheduler / MNA is responsible for creating and maintaining staff schedules, assisting with daily staffing coverage, tracking call-outs and open shifts, and working closely with leadership to support daily operations.
This position also includes working 2–3 shifts per week on the floor as an MNA to support resident care and stay connected to the needs of the team.
Responsibilities Include:

Create, update, and maintain staff schedules.

Monitor daily staffing levels and communicate coverage needs.

Assist with filling open shifts, call-outs, and last-minute schedule changes.

Work closely with leadership and department managers to support staffing needs.

Track attendance patterns, call-outs, tardiness, and schedule concerns.

Help reduce agency usage by supporting internal staffing coverage.

Post and communicate schedules in a timely and organized manner.

Maintain accurate staffing records and documentation.

Work 2–3 scheduled shifts per week as an MNA on overnight shift providing direct resident care.

Support a positive, dependable, and team-centered work environment.
Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire MNA license required.

Previous scheduling experience preferred.

Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare strongly preferred.

Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Strong communication and follow-through skills.

Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable using scheduling systems, email, and basic computer programs.

Must be willing to work both administrative hours and floor shifts.
