Middleborough, MA | $24.20/hr
Join a leading manufacturer of precision fluidic components and systems. We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to support production in a clean, quality-driven manufacturing environment.
Shift
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
- Monday to Thursday
- Overtime available
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment including brushing, lapping, rolling, drilling, chamfering, and grinding machines
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Perform quality checks and document production results
- Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Maintain machine lubrication and remove scrap material
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Ability to read blueprints; GD&T knowledge is a plus
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- High attention to detail and quality

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.20 - $24.20/hr.
