What You'll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, advocate, and companion. No two days are the same!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting an individual in a 2:1 staffing ratio
- Giving consistent, high-level personal care
- Providing an individual with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders
- Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
- Documenting services and following individualized service plans
Where You'll Work:
- Franklin, NH - Residential Home: Provide support in a home setting, helping individuals thrive in their daily routines
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced DSPs or medical professionals
- Strong level of all personal care with female clients
- Compassionate, reliable, and energetic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance (required)
Pay & Perks:
- Competitive hourly pay - $22-$24 per hour
