Multi-Site Property Manager
Pay: $92,000 – $95,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time (some evenings/weekends as needed)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties, including LIHTC, condominium, and commercial assets. This role is responsible for driving property performance, ensuring compliance, and leading onsite teams to deliver strong operational results and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring occupancy and financial goals are met
  • Manage leasing performance, rent collection, and delinquency across sites
  • Lead, coach, and support onsite teams
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, HUD, and other regulatory requirements
  • Review budgets, financials, and reports to monitor property performance
  • Coordinate maintenance operations and vendor relationships
  • Oversee lease-ups, unit turns, and property transitions
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, ownership groups, and condominium associations
  • Ensure accurate reporting, file compliance, and documentation across all sites
  • Utilize Yardi for property management, reporting, and compliance tracking

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of property management experience managing multiple sites or a mixed portfolio
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with HUD, LIHTC, and/or HOME programs
  • Experience with condominium and/or commercial operations preferred
  • CPO, C3P, or equivalent certifications preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory and managerial experience
  • Board experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance and Fair Housing regulations
  • Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management systems
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
