Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Pediatrics team in Peterborough, NH. This full-time, permanent position offers a consistent daytime schedule and the opportunity to provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for pediatric patients.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, wellness, and preventive care.
- Supervise and guide LPNs and Medical Assistants as needed.
- Follow hospital policies and maintain a safe, high-quality care environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous nursing experience required (New graduates are not accepted)
- BLS (AHA) Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
