Mandatory Requirements to Apply

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of Trusts & Estates Paralegal experience.
- Experience with probate and complex trust administration.
- Experience preparing probate accountings and federal estate tax returns.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Paralegal certification is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
