Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors throughout Sunderland, MA and surrounding communities.

Whether you're an experienced PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker, or you're completely new to caregiving, there's an opportunity for you to make a difference while building a rewarding career.

$18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR

Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

$250 SIGN ON BONUS

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.

To qualify, you must:

• Work at least 20 hours per week

• Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your compassion and reliability can make someone's day easier, safer, and brighter.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care

• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement

• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs

• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry

• Running essential errands and grocery shopping

• Providing medication reminders

• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor

• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home

• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care

WHAT YOU BRING

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Professional and respectful

• Able to communicate clearly in English

• Organized and able to manage time effectively

• Committed to client safety and confidentiality

• Able to provide reliable transportation

• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable
