JOIN THE MOLLOY LAWN & LANDSCAPE TEAM

Pay: $22.00 to $35.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Randolph, MA

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday; weekends as needed

Molloy Lawn & Landscape is looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a crew and help us deliver high-quality landscape maintenance to our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew

• Manage the day-to-day completion of scheduled landscape maintenance work

• Ensure work is completed efficiently and to Molloy’s quality standards

• Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely and properly

• Communicate professionally with clients when needed

• Identify and address quality concerns in the field

• Help train and support crew members

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Valid driver’s license

• Basic English

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions

• Reliable and quality-driven approach to work

Preferred:

• Landscape maintenance experience

• Experience operating landscape equipment

• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and is ready to grow.

PAY & BENEFITS

• $22.00 to $35.00 per hour
