Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations in a school-based setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with speech, language, or communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with district and professional standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
- Offer training and consultation to staff and families as needed
