Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy strategies that align with the needs of each client.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, among others.

  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions that address the individual needs of clients, including groups, families, couples, and individuals.

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that enhances the client's overall mental health journey.

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with a diverse clientele who have varying access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
