Montessori Beginnings School is looking for a caring, dependable Assistant Afternoon Teacher to join our warm and supportive team. If you love working with young children and want to make a meaningful difference every day, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll:

• Support children in a peaceful, engaging Montessori environment.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and joyful classroom.
• Build caring relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
• Assist with classroom routines, outdoor play, and end-of-day activities.
• Help protect the magic of childhood through kindness, patience, and encouragement.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with young children (preferred).
• Has a degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred, but not required).
• Has EEC (Office of Early Education & Care) certification
• CPR/1st Aid Certification (preferred)
• Is dependable, positive, and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Believes every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and capable.
