ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to support students in school-based settings for the 2026-2027 school year. We have openings at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic, behavioral, and social success.
Position Details
- Full-Time
- 35 hours per week
- First Day of School: August 25, 2026
- Openings Available: Elementary, Middle, and High School
- School placement preference will be discussed during the interview process
- Pay: $25.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom and school environments
- Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies under the guidance of school staff
- Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs
- Assist with data collection and documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote student success
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements
- Previous behavioral support experience preferred
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and needs
