Travel Registered Nurse - ER(Nights)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Emergency Department for a 13-week travel assignment in St Johnsbury, VT.
Contract Details
- Nights, three 12-hour shifts per week. 7 pm - 7 am. Must be able to cover mid-shifts as needed.
- Start Date: 10/14/2026
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Location: St Johnsbury, VT
- Hourly Pay: $ 28.00
- Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1204.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $ 1960.00
- Holiday Coverage Required: Yes
- EMR Used: Meditech
** Travelers will start on Wednesdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial patient assessments and triage.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs.
- Providing wound care and suturing.
- Initiating life-saving measures, such as CPR and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
- Preparing patients for surgery or other procedures.
- Documenting patient care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Assisting with diagnostic tests and interpreting results.
- Ensuring proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Managing intravenous (IV) lines and fluids.
- Participating in emergency response drills and preparedness activities.
- Teaching patients and families about post-discharge care and follow-up instructions.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have minimum 3 years ER RN experience required.
- Must have current VT or compact multi-state RN License
- Must have Current ACLS certification. Credentialing must be uploaded no later than five business days before the traveler's start. Any delay in credentialing will delay the start date.
- Must have PALS certification; TNCC preferred
- Nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing practices as they relate to acute care is required
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
- Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
