The successful candidate will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at delivering high-quality mental health services. These include:

- Providing therapy using a variety of therapeutic techniques—such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness practices—to adapt to the preferences and challenges of each client.
- Collaborating closely with clients to set realistic mental health goals, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintaining detailed and secure electronic records of client interactions and progress, adhering strictly to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n
To thrive in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.

- Capacity for both independent work and collaboration, contributing positively to a remote team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
