What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Vermont SLP license (CCC or pursuing CFY status welcomed)
  • Experience within school settings preferred, but strong clinical fellowship candidates encouraged to apply
  • Working knowledge of evaluation tools and intervention strategies for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
  • Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group formats
  • Document progress, maintain compliance with IEPs, and participate in team meetings
  • Consult with teachers, caregivers, and school staff to support generalization of skills within the classroom
  • Engage in professional development and remain current with best practices in the field
