What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Vermont SLP license (CCC or pursuing CFY status welcomed)
- Experience within school settings preferred, but strong clinical fellowship candidates encouraged to apply
- Working knowledge of evaluation tools and intervention strategies for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group formats
- Document progress, maintain compliance with IEPs, and participate in team meetings
- Consult with teachers, caregivers, and school staff to support generalization of skills within the classroom
