Description:
\n Full-time Occupational Therapist position, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday with weekend rotation required. Role focuses on post-hospital rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care for patients recovering from illness or injury. Opportunity to provide individualized therapy to improve functional independence, mobility, and overall quality of life in a skilled nursing environment. Collaborate with a dedicated team of medical and rehab professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
\n Requirements:
\n Candidates must hold a current OT license and have clinical experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Experience in post-hospital or long-term care rehab is preferred. Must be able to perform assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled OT interventions, and document patient progress. Strong communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams are essential.
