Job Description
Title: Senior Manufacturing Associate (Night Shift)

Location: Milford, MA
\n
Shift: Overnight | 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, Wed–Sat (every other Wednesday)
\n
Duration: 6+ Month Contract | Possible Extension/Conversion
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Perform downstream GMP manufacturing and purification operations.
- Operate chromatography, TFF, buffer systems, and disposable technologies.
- Monitor batch parameters and complete GMP/GDP documentation.
- Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and support investigations.
- Train new team members and serve as an SME when needed.
- Support continuous improvement and cross-functional manufacturing activities.
- Maintain compliance with cleanroom, safety, and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma + 6 years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of related experience.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Rate: $38–$42/HR + Shift Differential
