Responsibilities:

Develop and implement activities programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our patients and residents

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure activities align with individualized care plans and goal-oriented therapy

Coordinate and implement special events, outings, and celebrations that promote socialization, engagement, and enjoyment

Recruit and manage volunteers, encouraging community involvement and participation

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results

Foster effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
