Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct in-depth client assessments to ascertain mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

  • Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices.

  • Facilitate a safe and engaging therapeutic environment where clients can openly discuss their feelings, thoughts, and goals.

  • Track and maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques, mental health trends, and state regulations affecting practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clinic emphasizes a holistic approach to healing, ensuring that every client receives care that recognizes and respects their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

  • Possession of an active LCMHC license in the state of Vermont.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience\n
