Key Responsibilities\n
In this role, you will:

- Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering a therapeutic alliance that respects professional boundaries and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
- Create and implement tailored, person-centered treatment plans via collaborative discussions with clients, focusing on their specific goals.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes, following compliance requirements and organizational standards.
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and inform treatment strategies.
- Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions as required, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.
- Participate in individual supervision and team meetings to share insights, seek feedback, and promote professional development.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
