Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering a therapeutic alliance that respects professional boundaries and ethical guidelines.

  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes, following compliance requirements and organizational standards.

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and inform treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on working with youth and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

  • Ability to comply with internal credentialing standards in healthcare settings.

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, particularly with psychiatric patients or those struggling with substance abuse.

Compensation and Benefits\n
