Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC certification for SLPs, or eligibility for SLPAs
- Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress reports as required
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support student success in the classroom
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
