Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Pinnacle Construction is a General Contractor looking for a skilled and motivated Laborer/Carpenter to join our growing team in Tewksbury, MA. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on exciting construction projects where your craftsmanship and work ethic will make a real impact every day. Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor and carpentry tasks across commercial and/or job sites
- Installing doors, frames and hardware
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate trucks and small equipment
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Collaborate with crew members, foremen, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on site
Requirements:
- Prior experience in carpentry, construction labor, or a related trade preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry techniques
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus, but not required
- Must be 18 years old
- Drug test required
