Seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of reliable power and electrical systems for tactical vehicles. The role focuses on power architecture, system reliability, and mission-critical technologies such as communications, lighting, and thermal imaging, while providing technical leadership and hands-on engineering expertise in demanding environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Electrical and Mechatronic Engineering teams
- Design electrical schematics and power distribution systems
- Select electrical components for durability and performance
- Oversee prototyping and testing of integrated systems
- Establish wire harness design and routing standards
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar
- Strong knowledge of 12V/24V DC systems
- Automotive, aerospace, or heavy equipment experience
- Proven leadership and team management experience
